As we all know, energy efficiency improvement is one of the core businesses of integrated energy services. The four key business areas of integrated energy services of grid companies include integrated energy efficiency services, multi energy supply services, clean energy services and emerging energy consumption services. The importance of energy efficiency service business ranks first.
In addition to the power grid, the vast majority of integrated energy service companies, including power investment, take energy efficiency services as the core business segment. In the current comprehensive energy service market, energy efficiency services are also feasible and have a large market share.
In fact, in a broad sense, the development of integrated energy services, no matter what business it does, will eventually be conducive to energy efficiency improvement.
The statistical results show that China needs to consume 3.7 tons of standard coal for every $10000 GDP in 2016, which is 1.4 times the world average level and about twice the developed level. The energy consumption level is high. Different energy supply systems such as electricity, heat and gas are integrated and complementary, the cascade utilization degree is not high, and the overall utilization efficiency of the energy system is low. Comprehensive energy services can develop new value-added services, curb unreasonable energy consumption, reduce enterprise equipment energy consumption, adjust enterprise energy consumption structure, improve energy efficiency, promote industrial transformation and upgrading, optimize urban construction planning and design, and improve the overall energy efficiency level of society.
According to the plan, under the guidance of the spirit of the plenary session, the outline of the 14th five year plan will be examined and approved at the fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress next year. Under the guidance of the outline, the "14th five year plan" of the energy industry will be officially issued by the end of next year, and the specific measures to improve energy efficiency are expected to be described in the plan.
