Since December 2019, Jiaocheng Bisheng chemical has successfully overcome various inconveniences and difficulties caused by the epidemic through full coordination and communication with CSSC project party, and has successfully supplied molten salt grade potassium nitrate products to CSSC Xinneng Ulat Middle Banner 100MW trough solar thermal power generation project, reaching more than 30000 tons.
As a participant in the formulation of molten salt product standards, the product quality of the molten salt potassium nitrate production line launched by Jiaocheng Bisheng chemical in 2016 is stable, the main content of primary crystallization can reach 99.8%, chloride ion ≤ 200ppm, magnesium ion ≤ 60ppm, and the product reaches the national standard high-grade product level. Up to now, Jiaocheng Bisheng chemical has successfully provided more than 60000 tons of "Changsheng" brand high-quality molten salt grade potassium nitrate products for many domestic photothermal projects with a total installed capacity of more than 350MW (see the table below for detailed performance), accounting for about 75% of the total molten salt potassium nitrate consumption of domestic completed projects.
At the same time, Jiaocheng Hesheng chemical has also been unanimously recognized by many project parties with quality and quantity guaranteed, supply according to the contract and thoughtful service.
